We would like to have our lazy susans back on the tables.

I want to comment that the issue with answering the telephone on the weekend has improved! Thank you. Also, thanks for turning on the gas fireplace, it keeps the dining room warm and cozy during the winter months! The residents love it!

Need to hire a cook. The food is not good. My Mom complains about it daily. At this price point. The food should be amazing. A bright spot in the elderly day is meal time. They look forward to good meals. It not happening currently at McKay Creek.

I have been here for 7 years. The first 5 were wonderful. My family came to see me and we ate lunch or dinner with me! They won’t come here to eat anymore. The activity director was full of energy. We had great exercise and did crafts together. Now a lot of activities directed towards outings that require money. Let’s a lot of us unable to go. The messenger here either gets shot or discounted. I don’t think I matter here any more and I didn’t use to feel this way.

Food is much better

Would like to see a bench or two on left side of building so I can sit under that nice big tree as I rest before proceeding with my walk. Would like more trivial pursuit, q and a games.

On the weekends or on a Friday night if I need to convey a message to my mom regarding a family emergency or an important thing, nobody answers the phone. I’ve documented eight times that nobody answers the phone. There’s no way to leave a message on a voicemail sometimes my mom and her elderly age cannot always get to her flip phone which she has in her room, but I’m not even able to convey or leave a message with staff if there is some urgent communication needed I look at that as a safety matter. What if someone had to report a fire on the weekend or some such event and there’s nobody that answers the phone from Friday night through Monday morning.

Meals could be more nutritious

Need a bench or two on side of building near the walking path and a second game table on second floor. Current table always has a puzzle on it.
