PACShas created their own problems and then taken their poor mgt out on employees at the bottom of the pay scale! (cutting their hours). Causing good people to quit. Mgt give breaks to employees who are their friends. Poor performance employees not let go! Causing poor morale! Use to be a great place to live. Reputation in town not as good as it was. Makes me want to cry. Small group of residents run the community. Food budget way too low. I could go on for pages. I have found it does no good. Depressing. My family won’t eat here.

My concern is the excessive fee you charged my cousin...3,000 move in fee is ridiculous...at the time I did not realize it was not the industry standard....For this reason I cannot recommend your facility in fact I will caution people against your facility and encourage them to shop around...my cousin is in a very nice place in Hermiston now and they do not charge a move in fee of any kind only 500 dollar deposit...and are 2000 a month less on her apartment so no I can't recommend your facility to anyone...my advice is shop around
