Even though I was here for medical reason I had enjoyed my time here. you have a very nice "cute" skilled nursing facility here. The staff and administrator have been great, professional, warm, caring and attentive. The physical therapist had helped me with very \good exercise and understanding what would help me.I could tell that the administrator and office personnel's are far from the often cold and impersonal we find these days, I could tell they really cared about me and my issues and solved all the problems and questions. Debbie from kaiser helped me every step to set up all the things i need for my discharge and they are all ready for me now. The wound nurse Diane ha a very knowledgeable training. She has taken the time needed to help my husband know how to change the dressing so he and i are both confident to do that now. She has such a friendly and happy manner. My most praise is for the Nurses and CNAs who took such good care of me day in and day out. Some I know by name that are particularly helpful are Rashma, Ashley, Sonya and Daniel. All the others I never got their names. They were all professional, warm friendly and cared about me. i can't speak highly enough of the level of care i received from the staff. Than you so much. I hope your facility is prosperous as you certainly work hard to be the best and it shows. Also the cleanliness is very much appreciated and its very comforting.

The staff have been excellent. The CNAs are all great morning and night shifts and so with the nurses. I would definitely would give someone a great reference on their long term health care.

As far as nurses, they were really on it right from the start. Everytime I asked for something they wold bring it right away. My stay so far has been very good - I like how they have the gym and activities.

Last year I was in a different facility and the attitude here is much more positive. staff are always willing to help. The food could have some inprovement. Overall I enjoyed my stay at McKinley Park.

The therapy staff are excellent. They have put me on a course for a rapid recovery.

Dear Sir, As I am without the use of my right arm as a result of a fracture, you might appeciate how I need the many services I receive from your staff. I wish to commend some people on your staff given me exceptional care. They are CNA's Sandra, Andrea, and "T". I especially appreciated the communication with "T" when he was providing a bed bath. Nothing but high praises for my stay.

All the nurse aides were very helpful, kind and caring. I love their food, and also all the different activities that were provided. My stay here was excellent. Nothing bad about this facility

I had been treated very good in here. My CNAs are very nice and patient with me. The nurses are wonderful. The therapist had been very patient with me. Thank you so much.
