I was extremely impressed by the staff. I was treated with respect and care from staff and I felt the sincere concern for my well being. If there is a word to describe the staff of McKinley Park Care Center I would have to saythat Angels cones to my mind. I have nothing but respect, admiration and love for all of you.

I enjoy the way the staff treats me. There is always something to do. If not activities then PT and OT, there us no reason to stay in bed all day and feel sorry for yourself. There is so much to keep you active all day and mid afternoon.

I want to start off by saying Thank you to all the wonderful staff for taking such a good care of me,this has been a journey that I will never forget. McKinley Park Care Center and the CNA's are very caring and compassionate they made me feel welcome and at home. I have a lot of respect for the management for keeping a tight and professional team. Once again thank you so very much for all your hard work for me that's for occupational and physical therapy. And plus you guys made it enjoyable with your special events everyday like bingo,cheese toss, movie times, coffee and conversations and beautiful music. Thanks a bunch. P.s. Happy new year to all staff and management.

Everybody that works here are very nice. I have no complains. I had a good time in the activities. Everybody was very helpful and they helped me a lot during my stay in the facility. Thank you so much.

I couldn't ask for any better care. The entire staff was very compassionate, professional, and always went the extra mile. The food was just what we needed,very balanced and nutritious.I cannot think if anything negative. I was most impressed with the entire physical therapy staff. Thank you.

This is my first stay and hope only the last. The staff in all departments were very nice and made me feel safe and well taken cared for. It is hard to pick out which department is the best. If it were not for the aides I would be a basket case, they were loving and caring. Therapy is a great team Alex, Mark,Shienna,Tammie and Richard made it possible for me to get up and going.I learned a lot of exercises and techniques to get better. Nurses were great also loving and caring. All department worked as a team. Thank you.

Jemeka is my favorite cna, she was so nice to me. She was always taking care of me. Other cnas like Joanne and suzzane was also very nice. I also enjoyed going to the activity it kept me busy. In the therapy department,Tammy, mark and dad did a great join with me recovery. My nurses are also very good. Overall I had a good stay in this place. Thank you to everyone who helped me.

Although I had issues over my weekend stay management made efforts to address it. Kudos to the following staff for excellent service, Jeane and Jackie of activities, Jonalyn, Grace, Sussane, Lily, Dreamer and Sole dad my Cnas, Everyone in the physical therapy department and the housekeepers. Thank you everyone.

All of you have been so kind to me. I couldn't find anything to complain about. I have no family and some of the people took me in their hands. Above and beyinnd her job Jeane Gloria is especially kind to me. I can't say enough of what some of the women here gave me. Thank you so much.

I am so greatful to all McKinley staff for the care and help they had given me. I was able to walk again with my cane. The therapist are awesome I can never thank them enough. I was always in the activities and u find it enjoyable. All my cnas are good and did a great job especially Davina who goes above and beyond to help me out. I am very greatful for all your help.
