I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building, however sister said that the help was slow and it took a long time for staff to come help after pressing the call button.

Staff was very nice, the communication needs to be better maybe using walkie talkies to get answers faster for patients. Staff would wander off to get a question answered and then never come back.
