Physical therapists, Occupational therapists and speech therapists were great!!! Thanks to Jeana, Yuri, Kiki, Mark and Kelly. CNA's Jonalyn, Josh, Geraldine and Soledad were great helpers. Overall We love the location its close to everything on J st. Than you everyone.

The facility was very helpful and all the staff were great. I truly had a great experience in here, and i really would recommend this place to everyone that needs care. I am giving this place a five star rating so with all the therapy staff. They were all so outstanding and were such a great help in my recovery. I will miss all the friends that i made during my stay in here. Again I really want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all of you.

My stay here was great. Everyone was awesome. I received good care from everybody. The physical and occupational therapist were fantastic. The Nurses are all great. The activities were fun. It feels so overwhelming but i am excited to go home. Thank you so much.

We always have fun in the activities i love playing cards with everyone in there. It made time flies and it also made me forget what i am here for. My nurses, cna's and therapist were all fantastic they all helped me a lot. Than you so much.

The nurses and the staff provides great care and support not only for the patients but for the family members as well. It has always been a pleasure to see the staff when I visit my mother! My mother made a lot of friends in here and really made the most of a difficult and challenging situation. Thank you so much to all of you.

The staff were all alert at all time whether the shift is day or night. I got move from another room the same day I got in here but it all turned out good. It turned out that my new room was good and the nurse that was assigned to my new room was great his name is Gerry. He is the afternoon shift nurse he is very friendly, with a very positive personality and very dedicated. The O.T. and P.T staff are also very dedicated in their craft. Overall the facility is clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
