It was pleasant but the process afterwards wasn't. Brookridge said I had an eviction in my credit when I haven't. I have never once been evicted and now it's hard proving to Brookridge that it's incorrect whatever they're looking at because the apt complex they saying no longer exists so getting records is nearly impossible. So my overall experience was a let down because of that but staff onsite was pleasant

Called about mold 4 months ago, never showed up, told them about broken mailbox, took about a year for them to fix it. Mail was stolen

Que se aseguren de que las cosas que arreglan estén funcionando bien yo hice un reporte del aire acondicionado que no me funciona bien y solo me fueron a cambiar el termostato y lo demás esta igual no me esta funcionando el aire gracias

So far everything is fine with the services they provide us.I am only unhappy with the amount of garbage that many people throw outside the container and the bad smell that this generates, in addition to the furniture that is thrown away by people who do not live here.
