So far everything is fine with the services they provide us.I am only unhappy with the amount of garbage that many people throw outside the container and the bad smell that this generates, in addition to the furniture that is thrown away by people who do not live here.

Making a maintenance request is simple enough, but getting them to actually do the work is nerve wrecking

The washing machines in the laundry room neeed maintenance or replacement. The filters need to be replaced or cleaned out. It leaves our clothes looking dingy. I'd like to see improvements match with the rental increase we're being charged.

I think it would be good to interview the recent ones from time to time so that they themselves can let them know everything we have to put up with when we are paying to live in a place that at least delivers it clean.
