I can not leave positive feedback because no one has reached out to me about my inquiry

please change me of apt or tranfer me or cancel lease this is not good for my kids.

To leave a note in the apartment for when repairs have been made or attempted to be taken care of. Lock both locks when maintenance leave.

Feedback is not good. I pray that you will do something about this.

The roaches & nats in the unit/property, The dirtiness & bad odor within the unit, the size of the bedroom spaces, the rotting/water damage of vanities in the bathrooms, kitchen cabinets detaching from the wall etc.. the photos that are online regarding the in & outside of the property are completely misleading. The unit looks nothing like the online photos not even close. A lot of noise all hours of the day & night. Very disappointed how mislead & lied to by property manager (Iris) my family and I were.
