The roaches & nats in the unit/property, The dirtiness & bad odor within the unit, the size of the bedroom spaces, the rotting/water damage of vanities in the bathrooms, kitchen cabinets detaching from the wall etc.. the photos that are online regarding the in & outside of the property are completely misleading. The unit looks nothing like the online photos not even close. A lot of noise all hours of the day & night. Very disappointed how mislead & lied to by property manager (Iris) my family and I were.

Need to change the management who knows how to handle this kind of job. And of course someone who is not rude as present person.

People leave alot of trash in the parking area and outside of the dumpster. That area needs improvement.

I keep putting a request for this and I get a response stating it's done and it was not done. I do not have a new filter, actually right now I have no filter. Please fix this issue
