The pet screen link was hard to get through. I had to keep re- entering the information over and over again 4 different times to show our dog is a emotional support animal and avoid the pet deposit cost.

The office staff were greatly helpful. We were kinda in a hurry to move in, and they finished all of their side of things promptly. I hope we get approved and I will be excited if we get to live here.
