Issues were not fully resolved, only the entrance where wild animals were able to enter the roof were closed off. There is still extreme water damage to the walls of both upstairs and downstairs. City inspector has been informed.

May issues with a work order do not get done in a timely matter I have a issue with no hot water for 6 days very disappointed

Not having not water.. not having an efficient heater are emergencies. Nothing has been completed. But yet got this survey. So not having hot water for over a 1.5 week is extremely disappointing. While im here. My trash didnt get picked up yesterday or last week. But im forced to pay $35 valet trash fee..we couldn't use our fireplaces.

Yes, when I called to speak to someone about my concern. The cigarette smoke that comes into my apartment and is causing me migraines every day the lady I spoke to said that the laws have changed and there is nothing that can be done. Even if I call the police they cannot do anything about it. So I asked her then why is it on the lease that smoking is prohibited she said that’s a good question? I can’t believe I’ve been here so long and pay my rent on time every month but yet cannot stop residence from smoking inside!!!!
