The maintenance person came see the problem and said that he was coming back never came back this is the second time they do this ,for the same problem that i had, and there another problem that i had the wall on my closet still open it been maybe more the 2 months like this and still waiting for you to came a finish this work order ,I don’t know how much more i need to wait for this issue to be fix.

Its been 4 days and the shower is still not turned on, wasn't communicated whether or not that contributes to the flooding and if not whats the point of keeping the water off? I guess so the wall can dry? But when will it be turned on? We've been showering at planet fitness, is there compensation for all the towels and sheets we had to wash to stop the flood or the membership I use so I can shower? Again no communication on when things will be fully resolved. I understand there are other more urgent things on the property that take priority but communication and transparency would be nice. For example our appartment smelled like gas and fire for three days but when we asked we were only told that there was a flood, should we be concerned about the smell, should we have reported a fire as well as the flooding?

I loved it just had to many reviews and I couldn’t live like that

I was without hot water since Sunday night, that is not timely. I spoke to someone on Monday who said it might be a few days. No one reached out on Tuesday to let me know that it was still not resolved. I know there are some people that can take cold showers, I am not one of them. I’ve been having to drive to my daughters in San Marcos-a 45 minute drive almost 2 hours round trip just to take a shower!

Y’all didn’t fix nothing

Cleveland has come to fix the AC leak twice now. After the first time, the issue became worse and we could see water coming through the ceiling at a fast pace. When he came to fix it the second time, he did not communicate that he was done, he left without saying anything. We only knew because of the status showing as completed. And the leak is not fully resolved, it’s still slightly there.
