Better communication with the office, more fun lively activities. Keeping common spaces clean and encouraging residents to do the same and enforcing penalties when people don’t maintain clean spaces. For example, many people continue to allow their pets to poop outside without cleanup because lack of consequences.

Cleveland always does great job!

The associate, Eliza, did great. Super friendly, explained everything thoroughly, made it super easy to book the appointment to tour, very knowledgeable and overall very helpful. The apartment shown was okay, not great. It's evident that it's been renovated but not enough. Not worth the price. Other options are better at the same price.

Have that sprinkler by my car moved, turned, or whatever so wont mess up my car. I have a wrap and that water cause spots on my windows and that side of car and I have to get it detailed often or it will stain. If come in gate and turn left and go toward trash bins that tree on right have that sprinkler that messes up my car. It wasnt there when moved in. The first management had someone to replace the position around, but someone has repositioned it. That covered space is ideal for me except that sprinkler. Towing policy. Grandson got car towed once cause got a new car and the resignation with the tow company say accepted but in reality its not , found out had to have office approve first, how can you when office closed. Yet was parked in his paid for spot. Anyway why cant we let whomever park in our spot if for some reason going to be away for a few days.

The pet screen link was hard to get through. I had to keep re- entering the information over and over again 4 different times to show our dog is a emotional support animal and avoid the pet deposit cost.

Both Heather and Brittaney were helpful and know what they are doing. When i walked into the office i had a good vibe. It felt welcoming and homey. I went at the right time. Would reccomend this apt. complex to friends. Irma G Delgado
