My experience living in the community has been good overall. I enjoy living here, I appreciate management, and I have great neighbors. I live in Building 9, and I would like to see more attention given to keeping our building clean/power washedI’ve also noticed people who don’t appear to live here using the pool and sometimes taking over the area. I’ve even seen people jumping into the pool fountain, which is concerning and makes it harder for residents to peacefully enjoy the pool area.Another concern is seeing clothes hanging over balcony rails to dry. I’m not sure when that became acceptable, but it takes away from the appearance of the community.I’m sharing these concerns because I truly enjoy living here and would like to see our community remain a clean, safe, and enjoyable place for everyone who calls it home.

When I moved into the apartment, I found that the room had not been deep cleaned. The apartment was not in move-in ready condition and had cleanliness issues throughout.The carpet, cabinets, floors, windows, and storage room were not properly cleaned. In addition, I found multiple roaches inside the apartment, which is a serious sanitation concern.I am disappointed with the condition of the apartment at move-in and request that management arrange a thorough deep cleaning and professional pest control as soon as possible.

Moni was such a great agent. She was very professional, friendly, and kind. She had answers to all our questions.

The tour was simple and to the point. I looked at the exact units that were available..needed some cleaning and small amount of work, had a smell of coldness, or maybe old water sitting somewhere along in the building.

I love my apartment and the amenities offered that being said management has been unhelpful at times, water frequently goes off for hours, and gate/pool area don’t often work.

Management has always been very quick and responsive in communication. And maintenance is kind and quick to respond to maintenance requests. However, the gym isn’t fully functioning and there is equipment that’s been broken for a couple months now.

Love it here wanna sign another lease but bigger unit
