I’m not strongly agree on this survey.My washer still isn’t rising my clothes. Also I was told Wednesday afternoon that they would be back to fix my faucet on my tub at 9:00 am Thursday morning nobody showed up Thursday or Friday. I have been waiting on this repair for my faucet a couple of months..

I love my apartment and the amenities offered that being said management has been unhelpful at times, water frequently goes off for hours, and gate/pool area don’t often work.

My only gripe is that emergency maintenance isn't really emergency when it's after hours. Besides that, Melia is a great place to live, and the staff is very friendly, proficient, and professional.

Maintenance here is of excellence

The brezz way looks nice. I just hope the renters keep it clean. Hopefully on a weekly basis maintenance sweep the brezz way and wash down the area more than once a year. I’m still waiting on my carpet to be cleaned and piece for my faucet on my tub in my bathroom to be replaced.

all the guy did was come in and tell me that there was an issue wrong with what I sent in to get fixed. I know there’s an issue I need it fixed.

Maintenance never showed up. I also left a voicemail to say that I didn’t need them anymore after no communication and waiting several days.

Management has always been very quick and responsive in communication. And maintenance is kind and quick to respond to maintenance requests. However, the gym isn’t fully functioning and there is equipment that’s been broken for a couple months now.
