When I moved into the apartment, I found that the room had not been deep cleaned. The apartment was not in move-in ready condition and had cleanliness issues throughout.The carpet, cabinets, floors, windows, and storage room were not properly cleaned. In addition, I found multiple roaches inside the apartment, which is a serious sanitation concern.I am disappointed with the condition of the apartment at move-in and request that management arrange a thorough deep cleaning and professional pest control as soon as possible.

I’m concerned about our security on the property.. And keeping the brezz way clean and swept on a regular basis in building one.

The tour was simple and to the point. I looked at the exact units that were available..needed some cleaning and small amount of work, had a smell of coldness, or maybe old water sitting somewhere along in the building.

I asked for my thermostat to be replaced because it keeps going dead this is the 2nd time this has happened. When it is dead my a/c does not work for 8 + hours .My windows got fixed but thermostat was not changed

The gate is still squeaking. The issue was not resolved
