Our gym at Melia needs attention. A few machines have broken down over time and most are just taking up space at this point or are old. It is not what is advertised now or what we were promised at move in. There is no WiFi anymore to connect the Peloton bikes and cell signal is spotty making it hard stream music etc.

There was no acknowledgement of the receipt of my issue until I emailed the office after submitting the request, and I still don't know if anyone came by...the issue doesn't seem to be resolved and there was no note or indication that anyone has come by and addressed the problem. The lack of communication and expediency on the whole from the MOX team is frustrating. Y'all still haven't given us back our gate openers, nor do we have an estimated time of when that will be, "Just whenever everyone turns theirs in..." So you're punishing those who did what you asked and there's no process to get them back other than waiting indefinitely. The lack of communication is frustrating, especially since when I turned mine in I was told it would be ready Monday...over a week ago and my guess is we won't have them back till after New Year's, if then. Completely absurd.

If I put in an urgent maintenance order, then why does it take 3 weeks to come to my unit to address the problems? Only one issue was addressed and the other issue wasn’t.
