The microwave still needs to be serviced and pest control needs to happen

For me personally, I would just like a better security team. Other than that, it’s really nice!

The leasing agent has been very quick to resolve all concerns

Check background of people moving in better. Keep property breeze way cleaner by walking through every apartment building daily and sweep ing washing down the breezeway on a regular basis. Fix both gates so people can’t just walk in off the street.

Maintenance request having a better system like maybe them alerting when they are going to come. Because im not always here when they do

Would love more email updates.
