Better security in front of complex. Better incentives for renewing lease. They no longer offer carpet cleaning or upgrades to apt. Update gym equipment. Find a way for non residents to not have access to the pool

Making sure everyone who is at the pool has a pass

Respond a bit faster to maintenance requests, last time I had to call so they could fix a leak I had already reported. Also SECURITY!! In some other apartments security guard registers ALL guests coming in and sometimes take their licenses and give them back when they leave. Here, security guarda do nothing at all and there have been already numerous crimes…

I was not home during the services. I put in the notes a request for the maintenance person to remove their shoes upon entry. I have a camera, and I do not think the shoes were removed. I think they should have shoe covers when in the apartments if the shoes are not removed.

You guys are highly professional and the problem was solved within 24 hrs of request. This is highly commendable!

In other instances, they went and resolved the issue the same day or the day after. This time they told me they would solve it the next day but came a week after only because I called. Other than that, it was good.

The manager was new to the property but still very knowledgeable and able to give me all the information I needed. I was there was my two small girls and she was even attentive to them as well. I loved the apartments and I’m hoping to be able to move in soon. Thank you !
