Safety and security are top priority, so grateful for a security guard at night

Enforced cleaning after pets in public areas, make improvements to the dog park, and gym equipment.

Please consider adding Amazon Lockers or a new way to pick up packages. Also, it would be nice if the front gate were fixed; the bricks have been destroyed for a year now. The exit gate has also been open for a long time.Also, maybe there can be a sensor for our cars to get in, in addition to the remote.Prioritize safety.

Better security in front of complex. Better incentives for renewing lease. They no longer offer carpet cleaning or upgrades to apt. Update gym equipment. Find a way for non residents to not have access to the pool

Respond a bit faster to maintenance requests, last time I had to call so they could fix a leak I had already reported. Also SECURITY!! In some other apartments security guard registers ALL guests coming in and sometimes take their licenses and give them back when they leave. Here, security guarda do nothing at all and there have been already numerous crimes…

I was not home during the services. I put in the notes a request for the maintenance person to remove their shoes upon entry. I have a camera, and I do not think the shoes were removed. I think they should have shoe covers when in the apartments if the shoes are not removed.

You guys are highly professional and the problem was solved within 24 hrs of request. This is highly commendable!
