Upsized unit

Get a better understanding rate after promo ratesNice clean and safe facility. Nice employees as well.

NothingI bought a house.

Just offer more reasonable rates and discounts to people who have been long- term renters.Too expensive. Price has gone up several times since I moved in. Other units around this area are more reasonable. Also, when the specials were offered for four months at great rates, I was told that I would have to change units to get special rates. I think it would have been wise to grant these special rates to your long- time loyal customers for incentive to stay.

The facility is clean, has good access hours, and has very nice helpful staff.I bought a house.

PerfectionGreat service! Lovely facility.

Elevator problems...Moved up.

Nothing.Completed our move.

Nothing. It was very clean and easy access when needed. No longer needed

Offer more specials or incentives to customers who have longer storage stays or multiple storages.I had 2 storages at Memorial Storage so I eliminated 1 to safe money.
