Difficulties accessing the storage unit due to elevators not working and building sometimes locked unexpectedly. Water in the storage unit. Requested a refund of three months worth of payments due to the above issues and was offered a one month refund. Refund was not provided in a timely manner and I had to keep sending emails. Account was not closed in a timely manner and I was charged for another month of rent a week after I closed the account and emptied the unit.
