Staff are never there. Elevators don’t work. One cart for the whole facility. Mouse droppings everywhere. Garage doors don’t work.

Elevators never worked, there were never any carts to move your things, there isn’t even a trashcan so the expectation is to pay for trash removal, it’s not easy to reach a live person, I was charged a fee of $250 because the elevator was broken for months and I used the trash can they use to have and I was spending 300 a month

Awful management

It was good.

The facility was a horror show. Every time I needed to access my unit, I would start calling days in advance to know the working status of the facility. Never there was anyone answering the phone, or ever called me back.Arriving at the facility, was always a fearful experience, not knowing what was and was not working between overhead doors or elavators. I was there one time and neither one was working and had to remove furniture through the stairwell that smelled of urine. No carts were accessible either. I actually rented a unit from the storage business next door to pieces into. At 70 years old I'm not going to move pieces through a side door through hallways up steps to get to a stairwell up one flight to move furniture. Everyone I met there hated the place.everyonm
