Awful management

It was good.

The facility was a horror show. Every time I needed to access my unit, I would start calling days in advance to know the working status of the facility. Never there was anyone answering the phone, or ever called me back.Arriving at the facility, was always a fearful experience, not knowing what was and was not working between overhead doors or elavators. I was there one time and neither one was working and had to remove furniture through the stairwell that smelled of urine. No carts were accessible either. I actually rented a unit from the storage business next door to pieces into. At 70 years old I'm not going to move pieces through a side door through hallways up steps to get to a stairwell up one flight to move furniture. Everyone I met there hated the place.everyonm

The elevator was broken at move in and move out, 30 days later. They couldn't find the key we returned to the lock box.

The employees were nice & pleasant to me.The building was new.My belonging were safe there.
