In the two years I lived at Mera Chandler my rent went up to $1272.00 more a year. It possibly may have been more than that if I didn’t fall for the “early” sign bonus on after my first lease. I as a senior citizens have a fixed income. The social security cost of living raise doesn’t even come close to that. The perks and amenities are practically nil compared to the first year after the community manager was promoted and left. The special social and holiday events have become extremely cheap with the food and drinks. Almost all activities are resident led now.
