I enjoy living here very much. My apartment is lovely. The only problem I have is with my patio and furniture. It is so dirty because of the storms. Being on the third floor, can’t sweep or hose down. The maintenance department (Danny) has been so quick and efficient in responding to any requests I’ve submitted. Thank you for creating a great environment.

Rental price is high, and still requiring higher renewal rents.

The maintenance team is so efficient and friendly.

I wish there were more movie evenings. The theater room is empty most nights and it's a great room to have popcorn, watch a movie, and socialize a little afterwards. I also wish we had more fitness class options...tai chi, another yoga day, another aqua aerobics day.

I wish there was a way to remove stains in the cement @ the Entrance to the Bldg on the west side (middle door). There are circular black spots-it has looked bad for a long time.However we do love living @ Mera Chandler!

The staff at Mera Chandler is pretty wonderful all the way from the maintenance staff to the management staff. They have made my transition from Kansas to Arizona extremely simple.They are a excellent reason as to my decision to sign another lease.Joel Cash

Donnie did a great job conducting a tour for me twice! Mary was also very impressed with Donnie and we look forward to seeing him again!
