Maintenance came in identified the running toilet fixed the chain, it was resolved quickly and did not disturb my work from home meeting. He was friendly courteous and knowledgeable and explained how he resolved it took minutes. It helped reduce my anxiety when I did not understand what was wrong or how to fix it or why it happened. Feeling safe again. Thank you

Foul dog odor on some Elevators !!!( didn’t start smelling this way until huge gigantic sheep dog arrived ). Not sure if it’s a service dog bc it doesn’t wear anything to tell us that. I’m told on 3 rd floor that it runs loose.& a lot of residents is afraid of it.
