No complaints

My sense of belonging is ok, though I have been gone much of the last year - due to my own circumstances. At this point, I am not sure that I plan to renew. I am looking at options to move closer to my daughter and grandkids in Texas. (TX is not my first choice of places to live, but her circumstances have changed over the last 2 years, and I feel the need to be closer.) Thank you.

I am very impressed with all the amenities (especially water and ice). My apartment is beautiful (kitchen backsplash is cool). Large shower makes daily living a dream. I feel Sparrow has spared nothing in the design and comfort of the entire community. It’s home to me. Thank you.

Already work on lease with Mera.

I enjoy living at Mera and I find the staff to be very friendly and attentive. I am a bit of an introvert and I’ve been accustomed to living in a home with loved ones, so apartment living and being alone has been an adjustment. The only thing I would change would be to have a parking space that I can see my car from my apartment, but that is not essential. I just hope that any rent increases will not be so high that it influences me to have to move eventually.
