I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GETTING DAVID( the previous manager BACK ) He was the only person who kept a close eye on EVERYTHING , from the landscaping ( weeds )to the umbrellas being OPEN EVERY DAY & CLOSED EVERY NIGHT, ANYTHING THAT THE RENTERS NEEDED OR WANTED TO TALK ABOUT HE WOULD SIT DOWN WITH THEM, LISTEN & FIND AN ANSWER , ALWAYS !! But afew more VERY IMPORTANT THINGS: WE NEED PERMANENT GRAB BARS IN THE SHOWERS ( it's an OVER 55 AGE THING )POWER, ELECTRIC DOORS ( all of the 4 main doors are TOO HEAVY TO OPEN ) SOME KIND OF SECURITY ( so outside people aren't sleeping in the staircases, STILL PEOPLE AREPUTTING CARDBOARD UNDER STAIRWELLS ,PUTTING A DUMPSTER OVER BY EAST SIDE SO PEOPLE WHO DON'T DRIVE & ARE HANDICAPPED ( & can only walk with a walker ) CAN DUMP THEIR LARGER GARBAGE ALSO. I WILL SPARE YOU MORE , I'M SURE OTHER RENTERS WILL ADD TO THEIR LIST. THANK YOU T.G. #302 .
