Some places I've seen have way too many activities. I don't want to feel that I have to be busy every minute of the day.

Maintenance came in a timely fashion. He called prior to arrival. I told him that I was in the hospital and asked if he could let himself in. He said yes. By the time my husband got home. Everything was fixed to perfection . We are more than pleased. He did a great job.

Both Lencha and Danny are very efficient and very friendly yet professional

Possibly look at the age demographics and plan accordingly when creating social activities and amenities.
