It took several moves for me to find the "just right" place for me. I have found it !! Thank God. When I moved here, I asked if we could add Bingo to the schedule. It has become one of the more popular games we play. Thank you !!!!

I like this place and have found it to be quiet and nice. I have noticed that within the hallways and my own apartment that there is a strong chemical smell that can be overpowering. I think the staff is excellent and very helpful. This property is well kept and clean.

Staff is open for suggestions & are very accommodating. Landscaping could be better addressed but we know budgets are tight. We love it here. Third floor facing West is very noisy from the surrounding buildings & businesses. Our Trash Compactor every night is noisy. Rents should take this into consideration as we are not facing any of the property amenities. MC is amazing👍

within the rent, there was a lot included in that amount such as valet trash, pick up carport cost, activities, where they purchase food and supplies. I live there, but I was also offsite a lot working. Didn’t have a chance to participate nor did I care to, so I felt that maybe my rent should’ve been a little cheaper since I wasn’t taking part in the activities nor did I use the trash pick up so much because the timeframe for putting it out did not fit with my schedule. So many times I ended up taking my own trash out. We had to have it out between 6 and 8 PM at night and I didn’t get home from work sometimes until after 8 o’clock myself. also, I went through all the requirements for checking out of my apartment was informed everything was OK.The assistant property manager came and met at the apartment looked through the apartment check me out and said everything was OK. And then when I got my deposit check back, I found that I was charged $60 to what they called clean and paint the patio. I felt if that was the case. I should’ve been told that on the check out day, my last day on lease where I was cleared so I thought.. nor did I receive any communication forwarded to me about that extra cost until I figured it out when I saw the amount of my check refund. I thought that was poor communication and and easily put on somebody when they’re no longer live at the apartment. The apartment complex itself had many things that were not built correctly, many tenants spoke about that and complained and unfortunately many even talk about moving out at the end of their lease because of that. you have to remember that when you’re with a 55 and older community most of the people there are on fixed incomes so increasing the rent as much as you do and each year is something that will not keep them there if their own income is not going up either. so I chose to move in with a long-term friend of Mine to split costs and save money.

I think in my case I’m still waiting for my maintenance to be completed and it would be nice to receive some notification so I know to be home but I’ve also allowed entrance into my home
