The maintenance piece was excellent however you bundled another question saying is this community everything you hoped it would be. I would not give that a 10. It was a 10 when I moved in and it has become a five over the two years I've lived here

I feel lease should be 2 years with no increase of rent. When renewaling the lease then should not increase so much. Long term residents should not have their rent increase a lot. Most of the events are during the day and not like 5:30pm or weekends. Should send the sign in sheet to our email so can add our name instead of having to go to the leasing office. The calendar should be email to us because you have to go to the 1st floor and its so small to read on the bullet board. The people on the first floor need to control their dogs. Barking 5:30 AM and late at night. People should not knock constantly at my door. I open my door only if I am expecting somebody or expecting packages. I don't need someone to tell me I have a package at my door. I work and open my door when I can to get any packages. I receive only my packages. Only 2 times Amazon never delivered my packages and I called them and they resent it. I always say to my door all my packages. Someone on Saturday knocking on my door at 7:30pm and I just got back from working at my client and was exhausted. The person kept knocking. I never opened the door. Sunday at 3:30pm the same thing. I am busy and don't open my door unless I have too. The person could of left me a note. One day someone had a friend or relative visit and blocked my car for over an half hour when needed to use my car and made the person who I was paying to do things for me. The person I was paying sat there until they moved the car. I should have that resident pay my person for his time. People should not assume my car sits there and never use or not use often. If you can send a friendly text out regarding the dogs barking and blocking cars and knocking on people doors then I would appreciate it. Thank you
