I am totally happy with my choice, however I plan to buy a house within the next year or so,

not sure there is enough space… The place stinks for one because the sewers have the wrong liners in them, which I know for a fact because I heard the sewer department telling management… The place is built like crap. Very shotty construction… Appliances are cheap and we’re often breaking… Pool was out many many many times… Pool area was only cleaned once or twice and is filthy… Outside windows never ever cleaned and are filthy… Manager Lindsay is very inappropriate and the way she talks to people down to them… As well as she does not dress like a manager wearing ripped jeans and T-shirts to work no one would even know she’s a manager her office is not even labeled as the manager… This place was not built for 55 and older in mind… Many many many things are not usable for that age group… I could go on and on, but I will save that for my online review

The events are never at a time I can attend. Town hall meetings are at a time that I cannot attend. There are dogs barking all the time. Loud noises from above apartments. People parking in my spot. There is never a phone that’s answered you can only leave a voicemail. The amount of rent keeps going up. And I was never given the option for a longer lease but some others do. It isn’t equitable. Lastly it has become more of an assisted living community.

Plse do not trick on lease agreement by putting on the satellite agreements. This was unacceptable !!! I agree in 2023 that it was 2 yr lease . Shocked when I found out in Jan 2024 . It was not 2 yr although I rented at 2 yr lease.!!

Our maintenance staff is excellent. Always interacts with us besides doing the repair. Both Lencha & Jsus are the best.

Can always count on the Lencha and Zeus.

Grateful for the community support and communication for requests that are completed on a timely manner. Lencha is so helpful
