This place needs to have yearly February checks on all the HVAC systems and brought it up to maintenance high levels. I think you have put a Band-Aid on the whole system and the results are the chaos. We had this summer with keeping our apartments cool and water dripping out of the system.Also, the piping that you put in the closet, what a plumbing errorIn a closet where you have sweepers and buckets and mops that move around from time to time and hit up against this outside this piping has caused a lot of concern to me since I experienced three different changes of this piping how this passcode I certainly surprises me. When questioned about how often these leaks happen, their response was more than I could count.Also corporate needs to help each facility that they’re paying a fair market price for theirmaintenance help so that they’re more prone to stay in the community and not jump off to a higher pay position or the community will pay for continued personnel, leaving for better opportunities
