The part was unavailable so it took two days to get it repaired. This problem has occurred before and will happen often again so I believe you should stock this part onsite in a timely manner.

Most of activities are card and board games. Would love a book club or crochet

I initially loved living at Mera City Center and would have enjoyed renewing my lease but it appears that the community is gearing more to dependent living and less of independent living this is why I chose not to renew

I live in apartment 2205. The tenant above me in 2305 Stomps all over her apartment scrapes large furniture in bedroom area . It scrapes and vibrates along the floor very loud. The Assistant manager Jennifer was yelling at my mother when she approached her addressing a Noise Issue in Feb over a month ago and the constant loud stomping and scraping what ever object that is still is occurring.

I've put notes in the suggestion box several times about adding benches outside the doors where residents often wait for rides. Not heard anything back. I do see that an external bench has been added to the front door which already has benches for waiting inside. When might we see a bench outside the Bldg 5 door near the elevator?

We are moving to an over 55 community and purchasing a small house.. we have loved it here and our last apartment was great for us and the dogs but economic conditions are causing us to move a few miles from here

We are very happy here. The staff is always available and willing to help in any situation. Jennifer will stop what she is doing just to chat. We have made many friends here.Needless to say, there is no where else we would want to be.
