If all the staff were like Stuart and Jairo this place would be run more smoothly.

Almost daily, we discover a ”Pleasant Surprise”. Much of it has had to do with the convenience of apartment living, or the closeness of our favorite stores and businesses in Surprise. The only ”I wish we had…” we have had so far is the kind of blinds we had in our previous home: they can be raised and lowered from the bottom as well as from the top. Here on the second floor, we need them on for privacy on the bottom and want them off for light and the view of the mountains and the sky on the top. But I guess we’ll get used to our view of the carport roofs, as time passes by.

Elevators need cleaning on a daily basis

Maintenance personnel performance was outstanding.

Unfortunately my request was filed on Saturday, therefore could not be completed until Monday, otherwise a perfect score!

Very pleased with responsiveness & professionalism of maintenance staff.

Jennifer Tyler was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Amenities and apartments are first class.

I was able to only put one request for service for one thing.
