Trimming trees in the spring or summer can drastically damage the tree. Trimming should be done in late fall or early winter when most of the tree sap is stored in the roots and lower part of the tree trunk during winter. And a professional tree trimmer is recommended.

Was very disappointed in the amount my lease went up. I've calculate approximately 6%. Which is a lot more than other areas? I have friends in the area in bungalows. Who actually went down?Because they're trying to keep the people in the apartments, and they know what the economy is right now.

I wouldn't have known it maintenance was completed except my bed had been moved a bit and not put back. This prompted me to check my other maintenance request to verify complete. The guys do an excellent job!
