I love living at Mera City Center. My apartment has the best floorplan for the the most comfortable living. The property has great amenities and activities to create a real sense of family among the residents. The property is maintained beautifully by the amazing staff. The maintenance staff extremely courteous and respectful when visiting to take care of any needs that arrive. Love Mera City.

I really enjoy being in this community. I feel safe and comfortable. My neighbors.have been kind and thoughtful since day one.All the staff is exceptional and professional, they really listen and find solutions quickly. I enjoy the company of the residents overall and also this particular complex since it near places I frequent often. I’ve made good friends here and am planning on staying though the rent is 37% of my budget. This year was my 1st year by stateside after 25 yrs. overseas. What a year it has been!My expectations before/after living here::1. I thought the community would be more on the 55 year old side then on the older side so sometimes I find myself happier at Optum community center activities then the events here.2. The pool is something I enjoy daily. The skimmer pumps have not functioned since I’ve been here. The maintenance crew has worked diligently on keeping the pool water clean and clear. I hear it’s on the list of things to fix.3. Finally, it is like resort living more than I expected. I am grateful to be here.

Bags in pet receptacle replaced- but cannot be pulled out.It took additional 2 days to have receptacle emptied.

I don't like RentCafe at all. It AKWAYS READS ZERO DUE OR OWING SO I NEVER KNOW IF MY AUTO PAY WILL WORK.Stewart is a gem, alwats kind, courteous and efficient. Give him a raise.

The part was unavailable so it took two days to get it repaired. This problem has occurred before and will happen often again so I believe you should stock this part onsite in a timely manner.
