Appreciated everything done in one visit and respectful of my pets by keeping doors shut. Backup came about 2/3 hours later to finish up, but not necessary.

A floorplan & similar apartment not available to me at first signing did open twice, and was denied to move A to B and up a story. Trees grew blocking my view of the pool & it took a year to trim them. A month later the branches relaxed downward again blocking my view. I pay premium price for Sapphire &cannot get the apartment I want even though they came available twice, one at lease expiration month. Plus my God-given ministry in L&E Patriotic Events has been blocked by Mgmt after voting by my peers gave me the position. I want a refund of premium charge for pool view and amity to move the the next Sapphire or courtyard Catalina that opens, and my CVG position restored. The CVG group should vote people in/out & Mgr has no say, learning to work w/personalities that intimidate her. She needs to accept when she is wrong, and RentCafe HAS CHANGED my phone app showing only ZERO DUE 365 days/or since Aug 2025. But we called each other liars.

The timeliness of request to maintenance repair was exceptional.

My request was an urgent request on a weekend day.And the technician showed up quickly and with a smile on his face

He got my disposal running quickly

Miguel was polite and completed the air filter change quickly which was really dirty

Only improvement would be some notice of the window in which maintenance will respond to address issue.
