I Will be relocating in order to live with my sister and niece. They need me and I need them. In our later years, it's best to be with family we're at least close by. I enjoy living here at Mera, I'm comfortable and I feel very safe and secure. Everything I've ever needed is within a few mile radius of this residence. It's just amazing to me how convenient everything is and the vast amount of businesses to choose from. My neighbors have even offered to give me rides to and from these businesses, it's just amazing how friendly people are here.

A reply advising of when to expect maintenance personnel to arrive would be most helpful

After a certain time, there should be a rent freeze that gift somebody is always looking for.

Up until recently it has only been the property location that has been the strength of drawing us to here but only recently has the right staffing been put in place, led by Jennifer. This staff is very professional and very personable with all the residents and residents have made them very aware of that change.The property maintenance is finally getting proper attention and we now feel very comfortable and it's enjoyable to be here.

When renting I was led to believe there were younger residents and activities. That turned out not to be true. Just never found anyone with my interests and pastimes. Beautiful place just not my style Was paying for events I never was interested in

The gentleman was polite and efficient and in no time was finished.
