I so enjoy my time here at Mera. The main improvement for myself would be for automatic door openers. For many of us it is difficult to maneuver electric scooters or walkers through the heavy doors. Especially with packages.

Many guests park in the resident parking area . I must therefore park farther away from my apartment. I believe guest parking is in front of the building.

Not enough handicaps spaces and now you are charging for the ones that are covered. Unable to walk very far.

The request was answered very promptly. I required a new air filter for my it unit. I noticed a few hours after the repairman left, he had failed to reset the thermostat to its original position. He had changed the temperature setting and he had turned the fan from "Auto" to "Run," causing the fan to run unnecessarily for several hours.

It's a friendly, active place to live.
