Taylor is great!!

The residents are not as cohesive and friendly as other places I've lived. Cliques and lack of enjoyment at activities is a palatable and negative atmosphere. Others have commented about it to me too,even a ling term resident has noticed a change so rarely comes to them anymore because of it. Chairs were even taken from our table while we were getting food. Using larger tables rather than 4 tops would force unity.

My wife and I have grandchildren, the hours of visitation for the pool doesn’t allow us to spend time in the pool with them. By the time their parents get home from work, the pool is closed for us to have swimming pool time with them. We’ve lived here since 2021 and haven’t seen more than five residents in the pool at any given time. A crowded pool isn’t a problem.

Maintenance personnel performance was outstanding.

Unfortunately my request was filed on Saturday, therefore could not be completed until Monday, otherwise a perfect score!

Very pleased with responsiveness & professionalism of maintenance staff.

Jennifer Tyler was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Amenities and apartments are first class.

I was able to only put one request for service for one thing.
