Only one complaint. My shower door keeps “slipping” to cause it to be hard to open. Fixed once for about a eeek. Started all over again. Put in an order to fix it a week ago. Haven’t heard. Other than that had no complaints. Love it here. Soooo quiet. I sleep like a baby and everything is close and convenient just love it

The pet waste receptacle still has not been emptied in at least 10 days

Had 2 requests taken care of, but really appreciated the a/c filter replacement note that was left on my door since I wasn't home for that one. For the refrigerator repair, I was home and the tech was professional and efficient.
