I am very happy here at MERA. Facilities are excellent and very well maintained.Activities keep me involved in interesting things. Management is excellent.They listen to my concerns(which are non-existent from my point of view.) Any maintenance which is necessaryis taken care of immediately and correctly

I am very happy living here. The property is well-managed and maintained. It is clean, quiet, and the people are friendly.

I love the activities. Your staff is excellent and when I say excellent, I mean superb they’ve helped me above and beyond my expectations and this I’m thankful for. The activities game night movie night even arts and crafts. I participate as much as possible and it’s always a good time please don’t get rid of these. I currently love my community. People are friendly and courteous.

I feel upper management (corporate) needs to invest more money in maintenance and housekeeping. The carpeting between building 5 and 6 doesn’t match and parts of it appear to have noticeable stains (building 6) it does not make a good impression. The current maintenance and housekeeping staff do an excellent job but I feel they need more help for such a large complex.The office staff and maintenance are always ready to assist the residents when asked.

Since Don and I are on a fixed income, so it’s very important to us that rental rates do not increase every year. We would really prefer a 2 year lease. It would give us a better feeling of security at our ages both financially and emotionally. We would like to make this our home and not have to worry about yearly raises in rent. We enjoy living at Mera and plan to sign and turn in our lease early to get the special rate offer. We appreciate this offer. Any little bit that helps us stretch our budget in this time of rising prices and rents is very much welcome. Thank you for asking for our input.

Rent increase is too much. Those of us on social security got a 2.8% COLA and then you raise rent 6.6%. Times are getting tough. Lots of new apartments opening up and/or being built.

I already signed my early incentive commitment to the lease.I’m very pleased and looking forward to my future stay here at Mera City Center, provided that the status of my evaluation is continued.

Stuart is definitely an asset to the Mera maintenance team - he is knowledgeable & efficient & gets the job done
