The door I reported appears to be unfixable and management won’t replace it. Since we have decided to move out, I believe this is not a priority to management any longer.

I moved here when this place first opened because it was advertised as a 55 Senior only community. Many have complained about the lady who babysits every day for a year, but nothing is done about it. This would be a reason for me to consider moving.

My wife and I have truly enjoyed our apartment home and the amenities provided. We have come to truly appreciate and respect Jennifer, as a manager and a friend.However, along the way our experiences have been:*4+ different managers with no consistency*promises made & not kept, such as, window washing, bird deterrents in assigned parking areas, vehicle tags, exercise equipment instructor*when we originally moved in we were falsely told increases would run from 7% to 7.5%*not part of the “gated community” but still charged same prices for reserved carports*tenants smoke on propertyWe have lived in the Phoenix area for 40+ years. Thus we have family, friends and grandchildren here. They are our first community and Mera is our second community. We are not sure Mera embraces that dynamic.

I have not one bad thing to say about this place... everyone is pleasant and helpful. The longer I stay here the more I enjoy it. I plan to renew my contract with Mera because I do love living here.

If all the staff were like Stuart and Jairo this place would be run more smoothly.
