Was very disappointed in the amount my lease went up. I've calculate approximately 6%. Which is a lot more than other areas? I have friends in the area in bungalows. Who actually went down?Because they're trying to keep the people in the apartments, and they know what the economy is right now.

I wouldn't have known it maintenance was completed except my bed had been moved a bit and not put back. This prompted me to check my other maintenance request to verify complete. The guys do an excellent job!
