I am fully enjoying living at Mera, it is home to me now in Arizona. I have some of my family that live close and they love to come visit me here. My only request is for automatic 'hand-cap' doors to be installed. Thank you.

It was a friendlier atmosphere when we were allowed to share things we no longer needed with others who might benefit from it. The new policy is almost hostile.

The tech explained the new policy before installing my new filter. He was friendly, prompt and quick to service my request.

I'm in hopes that my monthly rate will NOT increase so that I can continue my living experience at Mera City Center.

Fixed right the 1st time and I appreciate the notice left on the door.

1. We have not been here a few months we've been here since March '23.2. We really like the location and the property is good but could be a lot better if overall maintenance of the property was managed by Sparrow out of Texas. You have a lot of good people here that also like the location and Sparrow could keep residents longer if you'd spend the $$ allocated for replacing damaged assets or exceeds its useful life.

The service attendant was prompt and did a fantastic job. Keep it up.
