The grounds keeping is terrible. Bushes not trimmed and shaped. Stones around grass area not raked and white due to calcium. Branches not picked up. Things are getting worse.

Only one complaint. My shower door keeps “slipping” to cause it to be hard to open. Fixed once for about a eeek. Started all over again. Put in an order to fix it a week ago. Haven’t heard. Other than that had no complaints. Love it here. Soooo quiet. I sleep like a baby and everything is close and convenient just love it
