I have not one bad thing to say about this place... everyone is pleasant and helpful. The longer I stay here the more I enjoy it. I plan to renew my contract with Mera because I do love living here.

If all the staff were like Stuart and Jairo this place would be run more smoothly.

The maintenance guys here at Mera are the best! They solved our AC problem in a timely and professional fashion. Even our dog loves these guys!

Both Hiro and Stuart came and looked at the thermostat/heater and said they needed to order a motor. Hiro said he would will call it and get it the next day. I haven’t heard back from them and do not know what the status is on this request. If they came in and completed the heater, we did not get a confirmation notice on the door or left inside the house.Stuart was able to unclog the ice maker and that is working great.

We need to be closer to our children who live in a different state

Hopefully, my rent doesn't go up.
