We need a lot more handicapped parking. Those of us who have trouble walking end up walking a long distance while people who have no problem park right next to the entrance. Granted, not everyone is going to be happy…ever.

Martin was prompt to check the problem (water leaking in A/C. He brought a portable a/c but has not been back to do the repairs. Baseboard has water damage. The portable a/c is VERY loud but glad to have it as the heat outside is extreme.

Although it’s only been two days since the ants were treated, so far, so good. The bug man was extremely polite and very respectful.

Repair took only 15 minutes or less but the issue is why did it take 5 days to address a 15 minute repair.On a positive note while maintenance was here taking care of the repair he noticed a light bulb out and he automatically addressed it without me bringing it to his attention. It’s a small thing but great customer service.

I was very pleased with the prompt response.
