Living at the Mera Craig Ranch facility was a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough good things about the activities, the facilities, the staff! My reason to leave was out of necessity to be near my grandchildren.

I may consider moving to a studio apartment, but only if it is on the first floor… non-negotiable.

Exterminator came and sprayed in Living Room but did not spray behind the couch and a roach came strolling through the LR Saturday am;

From what other residents have said, the connectors in the units have been the cause of ac units failing. I would think since you are aware of this you would have a few connectors on hand for when the ac company can not come out to address the repair. I understand the units are under warranty but that doesn’t matter to residents whose apartments are in the mid 80s or higher. Now the community does offer portable units but you have to decide which room will be partially cooled. I am fortunate enough to have family close and I went to their homes but not all had the same option so they were without air for 3 days just when Texas decided to have a 3 or 4 day heatwave.

I really love everything about this apartment but the rent is high.Due to this I am still unsure I can pay it off; which makes me neutral.
