Update move in documents including Spectrum. Weekly emails educating on events amenities the first couple of months would be helpful instead of all at once. Can we get the fire pits working? No option for in person workouts for those who work during the day.

Chris is doing a good job. Has a few things to finish up.

I'm hoping for a well-maintained living environment for active seniors with quiet evenings and great people to meet and to share a good retirement experience, both active, and quiet with a concerned staff that is both creative and amenable to the unique population that has survived

I was disappointed that the coffee machine which I use regularly has been replaced with an ordinary coffee machine. This is a great way for the residence to get together and socialize and now it’s been taken away.

I am very impressed with the quality of service that Martin provided.
