Thank you for leaving a notice on my counter that the service has been completed

Wasn’t here when Chris showed but he did leave card saying he was here and what was done.

Fire ants are still extremely active. We will have to treat ourselves as we can’t wait until Friday for another treatment.

We were out of town when the ac repairs were done. It put our minds at ease that our apt was not left unlocked for a week.

These were both repeats but I think it won’t revert back to.

Chris went above and beyond. He not only cleaned the sink after fixing it but shined both sinks before leaving. I told him my repairs could wait and his response was it’s okay we want to make sure all of you are taken care of quickly. He is definitely resident focused! Thank you Chris!

The rules are getting pretty strict. We’re all seniors here. If I want to walk my dog 2 doors down without a leash, that should be fine. You all know her. It shouldn’t take a few individuals to screw it up for everyone.I also want a text or call before maintenance shows up on service calls. At least 15 mins
