Your office staff, maintenance and janitors are top tier! Which allows residence to feel seen. It fosters a feeling of community , lightness and positive vibe that I felt on first tour. What I felt and saw was true so thats why I'm loving it so far!

Pest control is not working. I have had pest control in here three times since move in and still have way too many bugs and cockroaches

The problem continues. Noise is most pronounced when A/C is turned down at bedtime from 78 to 73. Noise started after plumbing pipe repairs. Sounds like water dripping or something flapping during increased airflow. Very disruptive.

We need a lot more handicapped parking. Those of us who have trouble walking end up walking a long distance while people who have no problem park right next to the entrance. Granted, not everyone is going to be happy…ever.
