Clubhouse/kitchen is way too small for gatherings. Can't imagine how it will be when more apartments are rented. Pool should be heated! Very poor construction. Windows are ill fitting - leaking cold air and howl!

Great response to request and much needed because it was about heating unit and it’s 17 degrees outside. A winter storm was in progress and maintenance was in building and available to fix.
