Pool area needs more lounge chairs. I have had a continuous infestation of water bugs/roaches despite numerous visits from the exterminators.

Won't really know if roof leak is fixed until the next heavy rain. This was the 3rd or 4th repair in the same area. I know they're trying their best.

Our maintenance request requires an ongoing oversight so it it is not yet completed. Leak damaged, swollen baseboards will need painting. Repair to sheet rock if it is necessary.
