I am super happy cause I now have heat. Response was quick and even though a part had to be ordered it was fixed the next day. Extra effort offering an overnight heater if I needed and making sure all my windows were tightly closed. Positive Alvarez experience.

No complaints. Staff are courteous and helpful and many residents are friendly. A few people seem to have unfriendly dogs and should be encouraged to get training for them.
