Everything was done correctly, but I still have problem with hot water. It changed a little but hot water is after one shower. It’s almost gone so I don’t know. I’ll talk to the office but this is my correct review. Thank you so much.

I am super happy cause I now have heat. Response was quick and even though a part had to be ordered it was fixed the next day. Extra effort offering an overnight heater if I needed and making sure all my windows were tightly closed. Positive Alvarez experience.

Happy my washer was changed out for a new one. It was done within the same day of the request. Appreciate it.

Everything about the community is great except the garages are very small I wish they were a little bit wider for my SUV.

No complaints. Staff are courteous and helpful and many residents are friendly. A few people seem to have unfriendly dogs and should be encouraged to get training for them.
