Good experience, no problem!

Took a couple of days, but the electrical components were checked and the problem was actually the dryer itself. I received a new dryer and so far it is working fine.

With as many dogs that use the Dog Park the waste station should be emptied at least 2x a week and should not require a maintenancerequest. With the "hot" Texas temps, you can smell the odor before you enter the park.

Marco was amazing, he came up completed my request he truly is a master at his craft and a gentleman of integrity. Thank you, thank you very much.

Martin was great!

Repair can’t be completed. Condensation line runs through the building and is open and no connection to stop water noise that sounds like someone is going to the bathroom with the door open. Seems to be a design flaw that can’t be fixed. Martin was quick and understood, but apologized that he couldn’t do anything.

The maintenance staff as well as the leasing staff are all excellent and professional. I’m so grateful to be here in this wonderful community.

The staff were really wonderful in addressing my concerns! Ronald was kind & efficient in his efforts. The woman at the office was more than understanding in getting me through the disruption. I am very grateful to everyone.
