It's disappointing that as a new complex, there have been so many issues. My ac coil became blocked, not allowing the coolant to get to the coils and it froze up. Management was super responsive. They provided me a portable ac unit and a fan.

It took over two months for the issue to be resolved, from the time I reported it. I received numerous visits from maintenance and Whirlpool with no resolution. I feel like my refrigerator should have been replaced and the issue dealt with somewhere else.

I thought the pricing was a bit high when comparing square footage of apartments (with the same community amenities). I realize this is new construction, which costs a bit more. I also thought that the common club areas were smaller than what is available in other similar communities.
