HVAC was not working properly. Christian was diligent in getting fixed. Found the issues and got them fixed promptly. He is very thorough.

Communication is very important through email or text. The turnover rate of employees since we moved in has been concerning to us. Some safety issues in entry doors to our building not being locked after hours. We like the various activities to connect with our neighbors and the monthly calendar. The people here kind and friendly.

They were hanging out and want and showed me how to use my air conditioner wasn't sure how to do that thank you and my shears are awesome feels more like home now

When is the exact lease renewal date?

Is this survey for the replacement of my AC filters? I don’t even know if the work was done? There was no note or receipt left to indicate that anyone had been inside my apt while I was gone (which is a very uncomfortable feeling). Please go back to the process of leaving a note to indicate that you entered my apt while I was out, and communicate what work you did. If it was the AC filters, thank you. I can’t see them, so I don’t know.
