I understand stuff happens unexpectedly. So far, when I have had an issue, (like when my apartment flooded in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom because of the neighbors above me) It took me hours to clean up that mess. The manager was quick to work with me. She got my bedroom carpet cleaned right away, because part of the carpet was wet. I appreciated that.There had been problems with the pool starting up. But it’s open now.Here is what I don’t like, the constant rent increases FOR ME, every time I renew my lease. To me it’s not fair that other tenants rent here never get “ market value “ increases.I’m neutral because, other apartment complexes like this compete, by offering the same amenities, move in incentives, are newer, and have lower prices for the same apartment style. So understand that’s why I’m neutral about the likelihood of renewing my lease.I feel I shouldn’t get another rent increase, when others are NOT getting their rents increased.I’m a loyal tenant. Been here since they opened the door. Never been late in making a payment and I keep the property up.I enjoy the activities and the amenities that are here. I enjoy being with the folks I’ve befriended here too.

Our crew is always amazing, fast and friendly! My request was taken care of the same day I placed my request! They always impress me with their knowledge of performing any repair requests!

I would like feedback and follow up for when we will be able to get my AC working properly. Christian does a great job always. HVAC rep needs to come back and re analyze.

I would like to request the HVAC rep to come and look at my AC again. When the filter is put back into the AC unit the air flow stops and my apartment gets really hot. When the filter is out my apartment gets really cool & cold. Currently there is no filter installed and there should be. I'm trying to figure out how are we going to resolve this. It's been going on long enough now. Please feel free to follow up with current suggestions. Christian does a great job always. I just think that HVAC man needs to come back and re-evaluate and so that I cam tell him that this keeps happening and should not.Thank youHave a great eveningLauryce

When Ocean and I arrived here at Mera, Goodyear, we felt at home at home… Now four years later, we are still blessed that we live in one of the nicest community among some of the sweetest kind and thoughtful resident in the state of Arizona… Although we have had very few out state visitors.… We have always been proud to show off our Mare Goodyear home… to our family and friends

Amy and I are very happy living at Mera and signed our lease renewal yesterday. The staff is responsive, supportive and kind! I use the gym 6-7 days a week and I appreciate it a lot. We need to have two stationary bikes, as the one is used all of the time and needs servicing. The maintenance team is awesome! Thanks to the entire staff for what you do, here at Mera!
