Chris is always so pleasant and does a great job.

Gate lock has yet to be fixed. Do not have access to inner areas.

The Maintenance people are awesome. They're very prompt. They take care of business and do whatever they need to do to get it fixed . Very polite and kind to the residence.😊

Request was not for me. It was report possible termites in the wall under the stairwell next to my room.

Poor service as to me getting my AC fixed. They were there today for 10 hours it was a complete mess smoker alarm going off I got sick from the welding fire and had to leave. All while no air circulation. Fumes and having no proper AC using portable flaring up my respiratory issues. This entire AC situation has stressed me out. The AC in the hallways are not working. The swiper we use our Fobs to get into the building is constantly green and that's not safe. It's the swiper on the first floor below 4416. I pray we can get these things permanently resolved and to not keep breaking. Respectfully Lauryce

Door still is not locking at night since Saturday night.
