Considering the amount of residents here I felt the time frame was reasonable. Christian? I believe was his name was polite and respectful and clean.

The community is good. The parking is hard if you don't have a garage or covered parking. When I get off late it is getting harder to find a open spot.

So far my move-in has been great everyone is friendly and helpful and all my needs have been met with any questions that I may have come up with the staff is super friendly it feels more like home here than the last place I was at this will be my home for now till who knows when hopefully for a very long time.

You did a great job as usual. The young man is going to put in an order for a new washer for my kitchen sink faucet, changed my ice maker filter. Have a great day.

Sent a request yesterday as the refrigerator filter light is still on red

Still having security issues. Back area behind garden can be easily broken into i.e. walking right thru unfinished gates. Some things have been address like extra fensing at dog park. Stability in staff including maintenance would be nice.

Refrigerator filter it’s no good, still leave very bad water stains on the glasses .

I was out of state… remember that this had not been done… I put in the request and was very pleased when I made it home…all was taken care of… home to fresh and clean air…

The only concern i have is all doors should be locked and need a key or a device to open them after hours, all main doors are locked but the ones that lead to the stairs are left open 24 seven, this is not safe for the residents

Patrick always text me prior to coming over which helps me control Kokoa so she doesn't escape. He also explains when he can't complete a repair initially. He is professional and thorough.
